International Delivery

If you are a customer based outside Cyprus then in order to get a shipping price you will need to enter your delivery address in the Basket or Checkout area.

There are a small selection of places around the world we cannot deliver to, but on the whole we are able to deliver to most places.

Pricing

The cost of shipping to you outside of Cyprus will depend on the weight, size and quantity of the goods ordered as well as the County of delivery (and sometimes the Region too).

Generally speaking, it is cheaper to ship overseas the more you order, so sending one marble will seem very expensive, while sending a hundred will seem comparatively much cheaper (this is an example only and will vary from order to order).

Our courier is not the cheapest and unfortunately, we have no other cheaper way to send overseas. We never make anything on the cost of shipping goods to you, so unfortunately there is no way we can offer discounts on delivery.

Please be aware that the order recipient is liable for any taxes and duties according to the country where their goods will be delivered. This may be the customer if you’re ordering for delivery to yourself, or someone else if you are sending an item/goods ordered to friends, family or someone else. We are unable to advise on the amount you’ll be charged as it depends on the country where the goods will be delivered, however our international courier is DHL and you may be able to obtain more information about anticipated charges on their website.

Delivery Times

Normally overseas shipping will take 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Dispatch will be made on the same working day as long as your order is received by 2.30pm GMT+2 (Eastern European Standard Time).

Any delays in delivery are typically due to external factors such as goods being held in customs and issues with delivery, but we will assist you with locating goods if needed. Please email us on [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Working Days are weekdays excluding Weekends and Cyprus Bank Holidays. We only monitor emails on working days from 8.30am – 5pm GMT+2.

Tax, VAT & Duties

We are unable to give advice on the rates that will be charged but further information may be obtained from the DHL website, as they are our designated international shipping courier. Click HERE for more information.

All non-EU countries will NOT pay VAT on any of the items purchased in our online shop but may receive customs duty charges & any applicable taxes at the country of delivery as normal. Not all orders placed will receive these but as it is a decision that is made at the country of entry (& therefore outside of our control) we are unable to advise on anticipated costs.
